Step Forward Sports Academy is a locally-based company bringing a combination of sports and fun directly to your preschool or daycare. We work hand in hand with school personnel to bring about the most appropriate and convenient program.

Within an environment of encouragement and positive reinforcement, the individual needs of the children of various abilities are met. Step Forward Sports Academy provides all necessary equipment and organizes activities with safety in mind. Our hope is to instill a passion for physical fitness and sports!

Neill Ouska is the Founder of Step Forward Sports.  He currently is the Assistant Coach for the Varsity Boys team at St. Andrew’s Episcopal School as well as the Head Coach for the Boys Middle School “A” team. He also is the Head Coach for a Boys Potomac U-17 and U-18 Travel Team and has been with Potomac Soccer since 2014.  He was the former Head Coach for the Varsity Boys team at The Mclean School in Potomac, MD where he served for 3 years.   

Neill Ouska was born in Bangkok, Thailand and came to the United States when he was three.  Neill grew up playing many different sports and played youth soccer with the Potomac Cougars and Baltimore Bays. He graduated from Bullis and was a standout player on the Varsity soccer team that went 17-1 and undefeated in IAC play 2005.  The team finished ranked #3 in the Washington Post, #2 in the Gazette, and #2 in the Washington Examiner. After high school, Neill went on to play Division 1 soccer at Mount St. Mary’s University where he was named NEC Rookie of the Week his freshman year. He graduated Mount St. Mary’s in 2010 with a degree in business and sports marketing.
